This fish, recognized specifically for its yellow-orange coloring, shimmers in the sunlight with its acrobatic jumps, putting up a tough fight. A fully grown dorado can weigh over 20 kg, with the usual catches weighting between 3 and 9 kg.
Another appealing feature of this offer is the surrounding environment; in the Iberá estuaries are some of the most fascinating wetlands in the world: 1,500,000 hectares of practically unpopulated territory, grooved by a countless number of pure and crystalline water courses, bursting with animal and plant life.
During the fishing expeditions, more than 350 bird species can be seen, as well as the typical alligators or yacarés and capybaras ducking underwater.
The quality of the food, wine, accommodation and hospitality of its people make both fishermen and those accompanying them thoroughly enjoy the program.
