Stay in a typical Hostel and learn customs of country folk. Get to the amazing Iguazu Falls where cents of cascades, narrow and wide rivers allow multiple activities.

This tour takes you to the Ibera Marshlands and the Iguazu Falls leaving from Buenos Aires by air and including an overnight in a boutique hotel in Posadas.


Day 1: Buenos Aires - Posadas
Reception at airport and transfer to your hotel. Lodging at Posadas Hotel (superior room), a boutique hotel centrally located.

Day 2: Posadas - Iberá.
Breakfast at the hotel in Posadas and private transfer in 4 x 4 to Iberá.
Check in at "Ñandereta Hostel" with full board basis.
The hostel is located in the greenest and freshest block of the Colonia Carlos Pellegrini, surrounded by shady trees, home to hundreds of birds.
Outing motor boat to Corrientes river for wild fauna watching: Capibaras, Alligators, Marsh deers, Neotropical Otters and 350 bird species. Return to hotel in the evening. Dinner. Lodging.

Day 3: Iberá. Breakfast. Outing on motorboat for wildlife watching through the Miriñay river. Although similar to the first day excursion, the Miriñay is a somewhat wilder rougher area housing larger marsh deer as well as larger caiman.

This is an excellent birdwatching area. Lunch in the blue lagoon. Short trekking in the forest, walking through the interpretation path in the virgin forest and identification of native flora. Return to hotel. Dinner. Lodging.

Day 4: Ibera - Iguazú. Breakfast and private transfer to the Jesuits Ruins and Wanda mines while on way to Iguazú.

The jesuits ruins is a cultural heritage by Unesco. In the settlement there is a spectacular restauration work of the buildings of carved red grindstone and eruptive rock.

The Wanda mines is a basaltic formation that cover a big zone of the Misiones Province, you will find quartz, agates, amethyst, etc.

Arrival at Iguazu at night. Dinner. Lodging at selected hotel ( two options for your choice):

Day 5: Iguazú. Breakfast at the hotel. Full day regular excursion to Iguazu Falls, Argentinian side. Walk along Upper and Lower footbridges and to the Devil's Throat Falls. Visit to Tourist Centre and Museum of Natural Sciences. Lower Circuit: Visitors will see, among others, the Dos Hermanas (Two Sisters), Bossetti and Escondido (Hidden) falls, together with San Martin Island and the Union Falls. The route begins along the Upper Circuit footbridges. Visitors will observe a large number of falls. Arrival to "San Martin" viewpoint, from where it is possible to enjoy a general view of the Brazilian falls. Transfer by the Jungle Train to Puerto Canoas. Walk along 1,000 metre footbridges to the "Devil´s Throat", where the Iguazת River shows all its strength and beauty. Return to hotel. Lodging.

Day 6: Breakfast at the hotel. Morning at leisure. Transfer to airport.
Relax the morning at the hotel garden and pool till the transfer time to the airport.
