Day 1
Reception at airport and transfer to hotel. Afternoon visit to the Plaza de Mayo, Cathedral, Cabildo, Government House, San Telmo, La Boca, Caminito, Palermo Park, Recoleta, Puerto Madero, Colón Theater and 9 de Julio Avenue. Dinner.
Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Corrientes, Posadas or Resistencia (depending on selected lodging). Transfer to the ranch. Lunch. Dinner.
Days 3 y 4
Fishing (about 8 hours). Several interesting sporty species can be found, the most prized being the "Dorado", a skilfull river predator known as the "Tiger of Iberá". Dinner.
Day 5
Transfer to airport - destination: Buenos Aires. Transfer to hotel. If you have free time left we suggest a short walk to visit the main shopping malls in the city: Galerías Pacífico, Alto Palermo, Patio Bullrich. Dinner with Tango Show (transfers included).
Day 6
Breakfast. Transfer to airport.
Please note:
Fishing season at Iberá Marsh: all year round. However best season starts by mid September through late May.
Species: One of the most beautiful and interesting catches is the Dorado, weighing up to 44 pounds. Other species are South American Catfish, Ray-finned Fish, Tarariras and Palometas.
Any Length Stay
Each itinerary is custom designed. An extension to any other of our fishing destinations in Argentina can be incorporated as well. Clients often visit about 2 weeks with 12 angling days, but any length of stay can be easily arranged. We invite you to contact us with more specific questions or to book a trip.
