Day 1
Arrival to the airport and transfer to the hotel. Afternoon excursion to Chapelco Hill. Bordering the left side of the Lacar Lake the route leads to the Chapelco Complex, one of the most important ski centers of South America. By taking the gondola, visitors can reach 1,600 meters above sea level and two chair lifts allow the arrival to the summit (2,000 meters above the sea). Lanin and Villarica volcanoes as well as other Andean peaks can be seen.
Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day excursion to San Carlos de Bariloche by the Seven Lakes Route. Early morning departure along National Route 234, crossing 115 kilometers of forests and the lakes: Falkner, Villarino, Escondido, Correntoso, Espejo and Nahuel Huapi. Midday arrival to Villa La Angostura, a tourist center. Departure to San Carlos de Bariloche City, bordering the great Nahuel Huapi Lake. City tour. Free time for shopping. Evening return to San Martin de los Andes by Paso de Córdoba through the amphitheatre Valle Encantado, Confluencia, Traful, Casa de Piedra and Meliquina Lake.
Day 3
Breakfast at the hotel. Excursion to Quila Quina Villa, located 17 kilometers from San Martin de los Andes in the southern limit of Lacar Lake, along a mountain road surrounded by pellin, radal, nirre and oak forests with flowers like mosqueta, amancay and the topa topa rose. During the trip, tourists can observe settlements belonging to the Indian group Mapuches Curruhuinca. Before returning to the hotel, a long walk give rise the Grande Stream Rapids, an ideal place to stop and watch the breathtaking snow thaws and the Coihue forests that frame the landscape.
Day 4
Breakfast. Free time. In the evening excursion to Lacar Balconies and Hua Hum. Entrance to the Valdivian rain forest, one of the most humid places in Argentina. Travel along Provincial Route 48 through Rompul, where tourists can take pictures of Lacar and Chapelco Lakes and Abanico Hill. Upon arrival to Hua Hum, located in the extreme west of the lake, visit to Christ of La Paz, beautiful hand made carved piece from a Rauli tree, close to the Chilean border. View of the Chachin Waterfall.
Day 5
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport.
