Day 1
Arrival to Rio Grande Airport. Transfer to Ushuaia travelling along different landscapes: grassland with sheep farming, lagoons with waterfowl birds, passing through the wide transition area offering peat bog and low deciduous beach forest sceneries. After Fagnano and Escondido Lakes, the crossing of the Fueguian Andes takes place. Arrival in Ushuaia and lodging. Lunch included. Total number of kilometres for this day: 230.
Day 2
Breakfast. Morning tour to the Martial Glacier area. At the timberline the High Andes vegetation can be seen. Lunch. For this tour, only a short drive will be necessary. In the evening, scenic boat trip into the Beagle Channel and Isla Martillo stopping off at the Isla de los Lobos (sea lion colony) and the Isla de los Pájaros (bird colony) on the return journey to Ushuaia. Lodging.
Day 3
Breakfast. Full day excursion to the Tierra del Fuego National Park to know the southern beach forest beside the sea.This is the only place in Argentina where subantartic forest and sea ecosystems can be seen together building the southern Fueguian landscape. Lunch box will be provided during the excursion. Return to Ushuaia. Lodging. Total number of kilometres for this day: 60 km.
Day 4
Breakfast. Transfer to the local airport.
